I’ve spent the past decade working across some of the UK and global brands, building experience in marketing, brand strategy, and growth. From early roles in ecommerce and content through to leading multi-channel campaigns and managing large-scale budgets, I’ve developed a broad, hands-on understanding of what drives real business results.
Over time, I’ve worked across a mix of industries and business models - from fast-paced retail to travel, partnerships, and B2B environments - giving me a well-rounded view of how different businesses grow and where common challenges sit.
After more than ten years in these environments, I chose to step away and build Vela Strategy with a clear goal: to make the level of thinking typically reserved for large organisations accessible to small and medium-sized businesses.
My approach combines strategic clarity with practical execution - whether that’s through one-off plans businesses can take forward themselves, or ongoing support for those who want it managed end-to-end.
